love you (White...with 1 DT Work)

 

Happy February!! Can't believe a month has passed already...so fast! Well, a new month means a new Challenge so are you ready? This month's color from the Challenge of White...with 1 is VIVID RED. Also, there is a lovely sketch to go with the challenge:)

こんにちは！もう２月なんて信じられません！時間が経つのが早すぎる…でも、新しい月というとことは、新しいチャレンジなので、準備はいいですか？(笑)　White...with 1　今月の色は、「ビビッド・レッド」。真っ赤ですね！スケッチもあるので合わせてチャレンジしてみてね♪

 

I started with the background by using a heart stencil and modeling paste. I love the texture it creates although it blends in with the white background. It looks like it was embossed. I cut out a lot of frames from patterned paper and kind of layered them. Under some of the frames, I adhered some strips of ribbon. I made a shaker heart box with a heart frame and added sequins inside. For embellishments, I used buttons and foam stickers. Here are the close-ups;

まず、ハートのステンシルとモデぺで背景を作りました。白バックに白ハートなので目立ちませんが、エンボスしたような立体感がお気に入りです。パターンペーパーからたくさん、フレームをカットアウトして重ね、下に数種のリボンを並べました。ハートのフレームでシェーカーボックスを作り、中にスパンコールを投入。エンベリにはボタンやフォームステッカーを使って完成！クローズアップ写真です♪

 

I hadn't used red as a main color for a long time, but I love the combination with white. I wanted to keep it neat, so I didn't use any ink or sprays. Hope you will play along and have fun!!

長らく赤をメインカラーとして使っていませんでしたが、白との組み合わせはやっぱり可愛い！すっきりをキープしたかったので、インクはスプレーは使いませんでした。皆さんも是非参加して下さいね。
