Hi again! My second layout is another Christmas layout made with the christmas tree circles cutfile designed by Paige Evans. I backed the cutfile with paper and 2 pictures and adhered foam on the back to add dimention. Before I adhered it to the background paper, I used a snowflake stencil and modeling paste to add pattern to the background. After it had dried, I put some glitter on the middle of each snowflake. On the bottom, I layered a pink lace ribbon and a voile ribbon. After I adhered the tree, I embellished it with fussy cut christmas elements, stickers, wooden flairs, chipboard and diecuts. またまたこんにちは！二つ目も、Paige Evans のカットファイルを使ったレイアウトです♪カットファイルの後ろにペーパーを貼り、立体感を出すためにフォームを裏に貼りました。貼り付ける前に、背景にモデペとステンシルを使って雪の結晶模様をつけました。乾いた後、雪に結晶の真ん中にグリッターをちょんちょん。レイアウトの下にはピンクのレースをリボンとボイルリボンを重ねて貼り付け。ツリーのカットファイルを貼り付けたら、カットアウトしたクリスマスのパーツやステッカー、木のパーツ、チップボード、ダイカットなどで飾りつけました。クローズアップです。

DEAR SANTA

Happy New Year!! I have been creating several layouts from the end of 2019 and I'm happy today to share them. The first layout is this Christmas layout made with the starry sky cutfile designed by Paige Evans. I layered the cutfile to a red patterned paper and used a chipboard wreath as a picture frame. In this way I was able to put the focal point to the picture, as it seemed a bit busy. I embellished with christmas diecuts, chipboard and stickers. Here are the close-ups;

あけましておめでとうございます！去年12月からレイアウトを作ってきたので順番に紹介していきます。今日は、Paige Evans がデザインしたカットファイルを使って作ったレイアウトです。カットファイルを赤いパターンペーパーに重ね、リースのチップボードを写真のフレームにしました。こうすることで、フォーカルポイントを写真に持ってきました。背景がごちゃごちゃしていると見づらくなってしまうので、こうしてポイントを写真に持ってくるとすっきりした印象になると思います。クリスマスのダイカットやチップボード、ステッカーなどで飾りつけして完成！クローズアップです♪

MERRY CHRISTMAS (CSI CASE FILE #304 DT Work)

Happy Sunday friends! Today's layout is a Christmas layout for the mid-month case file from CSI. Here is the challenge!

こんにちは！今日のクリスマスレイアウトは、CSIの2つめのチャレンジで作りました。こちらがチャレンジ🎵

I used a lot of Christmas elements and all the colors. First, I pulled out all my Poinsettia flowers and added glitter to them. Then I fussy cut some flowers, Santa, children on sleds and Angels from patterned paper. I cut a 12 inch paper into a frame and layered it on another paper. I spread gesso with my fingers and adhered all the Christmas elements and photo. Then I put snow tex here and there and let it dry. I hid journals in two envelopes, added rhinestones and dew drops and scattered white acrylic paint throughout the layout. Here are the close-ups;

チャレンジの色パレットと、クリスマス要素をたくさん入れました。まず、ポインセチアの花を集めてグリッターを乗せました。次にパターンペーパーからお花、サンタ、ソリに乗った子供達、天使などをカットアウト。12インチペーパーをフレームのようにカットしてもう一枚に貼り、全体にジェッソを指で広げました。クリスマスパーツと写真を貼り付け、あちこちにスノーテックスを乗せて雪っぽく。封筒2枚にはジャーナルを入れて、ラインストーンやデュードロップを散りばめ、白のアクリル絵の具を全体に飛ばして完成！クローズアップです。

MERRY & BRIGHT (CSI CASE FILE #303 DT Work)

Hello again! My layout for this month's first CSI case file is another Christmas layout. Here is the challenge. 

再度こんにちは！CSI の今月最初のチャレンジで作ったレイアウトを紹介します！こちらがチャレンジ。

I'm in the mood for stitching recently, so I stitched the background again! This time I used my sewing machine to punch the holes (I should have done that on my other layout as well, it was so tiring punching holes with a safety pin lol.) I hand stitched  with pink thread. Then I decided to fussy cut snowflakes from patterned paper...a lot of them! I placed the picture in the middle, embellished around it with snowflakes, and added sequins, rhinestones and dew drops. 最近はチクチク縫うのにまたハマっている私。なので今回も背景を全面的に縫い縫い。今度はミシンを使って穴を開けました。(先日もそうすれば良かった！安全ピンでチクチク穴を開けるのはかなり大変、笑)　穴を開けたらピンクの糸で手縫い。次に、パターンペーパーから雪の結晶をたくさんカットアウト。真ん中に写真を配置し、周りを雪の結晶で飾り、さらにスパンコール、ラインストーン、デュードロップなどを散りばめて完成！クローズアップです。

I have to admit that stitching and fussy cutting was time consuming, butI reallyenjoyed the process and I think it was worth it!! It became one of my favorite layouts😊 Thank you for stopping by, and have a nice scrappy day!

JOY (White...with 1 DT Work)

Hi! Today, I will share my layout for the White...with 1 challenge. This month's color is CHRISTMAS GREEN and there's a sketch to go with it.

こんにちは！今日は、 White...with 1 のチャレンジで作ったレイアウトを紹介します。今月の色は「クリスマス・グリーン」です。スケッチもあるので合わせて作ってみてね♪

I used two kinds of shimmery green ink on the background but somehow, one turned out to be more of a yellowish color. I also wanted to do some stitching on this one, so I punched holes and hand stitched with green thead. I fussy cut trees, presents, houses and a bird from paper and and used them as embellishments. I also used a ribbon and some chipboards. Here are the close-ups;

2種類のグリーンを使って背景に着色しましたが、一色はどういうわけか黄色っぽくなってしまいました。今回久しぶりにステッチしたいと思って、斜めに穴を開け、緑の糸でチクチク。ペーパーから木やプレゼント、おうち、鳥をカットアウトし、エンベリに。さらにリボンやチップボードを使いました。クローズアップです。

today (CSI COLD CASE FILE #302 DT Work)

 Hello friends! I made a layout with the COLD CASE from CSI. Here is the challenge!

こんにちは！CSI のチャレンジで作ったレイアウトをもう一枚。

I was inspired by the grid design. I die-cutted 9 frames, stitched around them and embellished them with old stickers and wooden pieces. Here are the close-ups;

グリッドデザインにインスピレーションをもらいました。フレームをダイカットマシンで9つカットし、周りにミシンをかけ、古いステッカーや木のパーツで飾り付け。クローズアップです🎵
