Hi friends! I have a new layout to share, and I love how this turned out! Here is the new Challenge from White...with 1. This month the plus 1 color is Elephant Grey, and there is also a sketch to go with it.
こんにちは！今日のレイアウトは、White...with 1 のＤＴワークです。今月のプラス１カラーはエレファント・グレー。スケッチも使ってみて下さいね♪
I cut out a lot of gears with my die cut machine, and painted them with silver textured paste. Then I smudged some black paint over them to create a greyish color. While I let them dry, I used a stencil and textured paste to create patterns on the background. I also splattered some paint over them. I layered vellum under the photo and placed it in the middle. I scattered the gears around the photo and also on the corners. For the title, I used grey alpha stickers. To add some more interest, I scattered some white sequins. It was a challenge because grey is a color that I never use, but I enjoyed stepping out of my comfort zone. That's what I love about challenges!! Here are some details;
まず、ダイカットマシンでギアをたくさんカットし、シルバーのテクスチャペイントを塗りました。グレーの色を出すために、上から黒い絵の具を少し馴染ませました。乾くのを待つ間、ステンシルとテクスチャペイントで背景に模様づけ。更に上から絵の具を飛ばしました。写真の下にはヴェラムを重ね、真ん中に配置。写真の周りにギアを散らし、上下コーナーにも貼りつけました。タイトルは、グレーのアルファベットステッカーを使いました。最後に白のスパンコールを散らして完成！グレーはほぼ使わないので、なかなかのチャレンジでしたが、仕上がりには満足！新しい発見もあり楽しかったです♪ だからチャレンジって好きです♡
