dream big (CSI CASE FILE #279 DT work)

Hi friends! I'm happy to share my new layout for the mid-month case file from CSI.

こんにちは！今日は、CSIの新しいチャレンジで作ったレイアウトです♪

I was inspired by the pocket, so I created a big heart pocket with a zipper. Before I adhered it, I painted the background with shimmery paint. I machine stitched a lace on the zipper and also stitched around the heart. I put lots of ephemeras, diecuts and wooden pieces in the pocket. I also layered bits and pieces under and around the photo. Here are the close-ups;

絵を見たとき、まずポケットが目についたので、大きなハートのポケットを作って

ジッパーを縫い付けました。貼り付ける前に、キラキラのペイントで背景を着色。ジッパーにレースを縫い付け、ハートの周りも黒の糸で縫いました。ポケットの中にはダイカットや木のエンベリなどを入れています。写真の下や周りにも、いろんなエンベリを重ねて完成！クローズアップです♪

Another fun layout and I surely enjoyed making this!

GROW (Scrap Our Stash DT Work)

Hi! I'm excited to share my layout for the Saturday Cartoon Inspired Stash Challenge from Scrap Our Stash! The rule is to choose one of the Care Bears and create a layout based on the sketch. You must include the color of the bear you chose on your layout AND you must also include an embellishment(s) or use patterned paper with the symbol on that bears chest.

こんにちは！今日は、Scrap Our Stash　の楽しいチャレンジで作ったレイアウトを紹介します。ルールは、ケアベアの中から一つ選んで、スケッチを参考にしながらレイアウトを作ること。選んだクマの色と、クマのおなかについているシンボルを使ったエンベリかパターンペーパーを使うこと。

I chose the Cheer bear (pink with a rainbow)

私はピンクのクマ（虹つき）を選びました。

I started with splashing paint on white cardstock and drew seven circles with a compass. I punched holes around and stitched them with rainbow colors (I did it again!!). Then I cut the circle and adhered it to patterned paper. I did a lot of fussy cutting (clouds, umbrellas, rainbow, etc.)and popped many of them up. I hid a journal in a small pocket envelope and also added wooden flairs and a colk heart sticker. I love how colorful and happy this turned out, and I hope you like it too! Here the close-ups;

まず、白のペーパーを数色の絵の具で着色し、コンパスで７つの円を描きました。円にそっと穴を開け、虹色でステッチ（またまた縫い縫い！）円をカットし、パターンペーパーに貼り付け。ペーパーからたくさんカットアウト（雲、傘、虹など）し、ほとんどをポップアップ。小さな封筒にジャーナルを隠し、他に木のボタンやハートのコルクステッカーなどで飾りつけ。カラフルハッピーに仕上がって大満足！皆さんも気に入ってくれるといいな♪

love this (CSI CASE FILE #278 DT work)

こんにちは！今日は、 CSI の新しいチャレンジで作ったレイアウトです。詳細はサイトをチェックして、できたレイアウトはFBページのアルバムに追加して下さいね♪

The picture inspired me to create a burst, and it reminded me of fireworks, so I did a lot of stamping, stitching to add dimention, and splattering watercolors. I really love how this turned out, and it was so fun adding different kinds of summer elements. Here are the close-ups!

この絵からインスピレーションをもらって、箱から飛び出る→爆発→花火とイメージ。スタンプをたくさん使い、立体感をつけるために何か所を縫い（最近ハマり中）、絵の具を飛ばして華やか（派手？）な雰囲気に。完全に夏レイアウトになってしまいましたが、なかなかのお気に入りに。あちこちからダイカットを引っ張り出して組み合わせるのも楽しかったです♪

hello GIRL (Let's Get Sketchy DT Work)

Hi! It's a new month and a new sketch has been revealed by LGS !! Here is the sketch;

またまたこんにちは！LGSの新しいスケッチが発表されました。こちらがスケッチ♪

I flipped the sketch and placed the picture on the right side. Instead of a star, I used a Paige Evans butterfly cutfile and backed the flowers with patterned paper. Before I adhered it, I used pan pastels to color the background. It has been a while since I last used them, and I like the soft colors. I added some splatters of paint and popped up the butterfly for dimention. I also added gems and words and a fussy cut title. Here are the details;

私はスケッチを反転させて写真を右側に配置しました。星の代わりに Paige Evans の蝶のカットファイルを使い、パターンペーパーを後ろに貼りました。カットファイルを貼る前に、背景をパンパステルで着色。最後に使ったのはいつだっけ？と思うくらい長らく放置していましたが、ソフトな色合いがいい感じです。さらに絵の具を散らし、立体感を出すため蝶をポップアップ。ストーンや英字、カットアウトしたタイトルを加えて完成！

beautiful life (white...with 1 DT work)

Hi! Today I'm happy to share my new layout for White...with 1. This month's color is PRETTY IN PINK, and there's a sketch to go with it.

こんにちは！今日は、White...with 1　の新しいチャレンジで作ったレイアウトを紹介します。今月の色は、プリティ・イン・ピンク。スケッチもあるので合わせて作ってみてね♪

In Japan, Spring is the season of farewell and new beginnings. We graduate in March, and we start a new grade in April. I always have mixed feelings at this time of the year; part of me is sad, and part of me is excited. This is a picture of my daughter playing at the park after the first day of the second year in pre-school.

日本では、春はお別れと出会いの季節。いつもこの時期になると、嬉しさと寂しさが入り混じったような、複雑な気持ちになります。これは、娘の幼稚園の進級式の後、公園で遊んでいるときの写真です。

After I spread gesso, I painted the background with pink watercolor. I drew two circles and machine stitched over them several times. I used my die-cut machine and cut out square pieces and lace circles in various sizes. I machine stitched around the squares and layered them under the photo. I added fussy cut flowers, cut out pieces, pearl strings, dew drops, enamel dots, a ribbon and foam stickers. Here are the close-ups;

ジェッソを下地に塗ってから背景をピンクの水彩絵の具で着色し、円を二つ描いて、何度かぐるぐるとミシンで縫いました。ダイカットマシンで様々な大きさの四角やレースペーパーをカットし、写真の下に重ねました。カットアウトしたお花やパール、デュードロップ、エナメルドッツ、リボン、フォームステッカーなどで飾りつけて完成！クローズアップです；
