Hi friends! This is my take on the October Cold Case File from CSI. Here is the Cold Case File;
こんにちは！CSI 10月のチャレンジ、3枚目です。こちらがチャレンジ。
I was inspired by the painted look of the picture, so I pulled out my art crayons and watercolors. I covered the background with gesso first, and got some of my never-used stamps from my stash. I directly used my crayons on the stamp and sprayed water on it so it will activate, and them stamped on the paper. This will make an imperfect image, and it won't show the actual shape of the stamp, but that was what I wanted to do. Then I became a bit crazy. I doodled circles and stitched over them. Yes, I know it's like a child playing with her crayons, it's that messy, and I almost threw the whole paper away, but I decided to play along. (I have to admit that I was drinking while scrapping! lol ) I added some fussy cut wonky borders, flowers, leaves and words, machine stitched some more and wrote a journal. Here are the close-ups;
絵の手描きの感じにインスピレーションをもらったので、アートクレヨンと水彩絵の具を使うことに。まずジェッソを塗ってから、使ったことのないスタンプを取り出して、クレヨンをぬりぬり。その上に水をスプレーして、スタンプ。こういうふうにスタンプすると、はっきりとしたラインではなくふんわりしたイメージになります。そこからヘンなスイッチが入りました(笑) クレヨンで〇をたくさん書いて、ミシンでぐるぐるステッチ。子供の落書きみたいになってしまって、一瞬捨てようかと思いましたが、継続することに！（告白すると、実は飲みながら作ってました、ははは(*´∀｀)）これにカットアウトしたボーダーやお花、葉っぱ、文字などを加え、さらにミシンでクロスステッチをしてジャーナルを書いて完成！クローズアップです♪
