Happy Wednesday!! Today I'm excited to share my new layout for Scrap Our Stash ! I was inspired by the layers of both sketches so I kind of mixed them and made this layout. Here are the sketches, and don't forget to add Diagonal Patterned Paper.

 

こんにちは！今日はScrap Our Stash　のＤＴワークです♪　二つのレイアウトを組み合わせて一つのレイアウトを作るのですが、今回はたくさんのペーパーを重ねているところに注目しました。こちらがスケッチです。それから、斜め線の入ったパターンペーパーを使うこともチャレンジの一つなのでお忘れなく！

 

 

I started with a white background and added some texture with a stencil and modeling paste. After it had dried, I used a brush and watercolors and painted over them. I was going to use a colorful patterned paper, so I used the same colors of paint so it will blend in. I layered a diagonal patterned paper and the colorful paper, and added some more strips of in between. I popped up the pictures with foam, and decorated around them with fussy cut flowers, diecuts, stickers and acetate pieces. I bent the wings of the butterflies to add dimention, and some twine to make them look like they're flying around. Here are the details;

まずは、白いバジルにステンシルとモデぺで模様づけ。乾いた後に水彩絵の具で着色しました。カラフルなパターンペーパーを使うつもりだったので、同じ色を使って統一感をだしました。斜め線のペーパーの上にカラフルペーパー、さらに間にハギレペーパーを挟んでいます。写真はポップアップし、周りをカットアウトしたお花、ダイカット、ステッカー、アセテートのダイカットで飾りつけました。蝶の羽は立体感が出るように折り曲げ、トワインで飛び回っているように♪

sweet treat (Let's Get Sketchy DT Work)

 
 

Hi Scrappy friends!  Today I'm happy to share my layout for Let's Get Sketchy. Here is the awesome sketch;

 

スクラッパーの皆さんこんにちは！今日は、 Let's Get Sketchy　のスケッチで作ったレイアウトを紹介します。こちらがスケッチ♪

 

 

I decided to use a dark background this time. I spread some white paint and to add some texture, I used a stencil and modeling paste to create dimention. I fussy cut a lot of butterflies from paper and adhered them vertically. I also cut out flowers and strips of paper and popped up some of the flowers with foam. I scattered sequins, enamel dots and dew drops and that' s about it! Here are some close-ups;

今回は暗め背景を使うことにしました。まず白の絵の具を塗り、モデぺとステンシルで立体感を出しました。パターンペーパーからたくさんの蝶をカットアウトし、縦に並べて貼りつけました。お花とボーダーもカットアウトして、いくつかをポップアップ。最後にスパンコール、エナメルドッツ、デュードロップを散りばめて完成！

happy moments (CSI CASE FILE #264 DT Work)

 

Hello!! I have a new layout today for the CSI Case File #264. Here is the challenge. Please check the website for details:)

 

こんにちは！今日は、CSI　のチャレンジで作ったレイアウトを紹介します。こちらがチャレンジ。詳細は、サイトをチェックしてね♪

 

 

I used a picture of my daughter with her friend's little dog. My daughter is allergic to many animals including dogs, but she loves them and can't resist touching or hugging them even though she's going to have a runny nose and itchy eyes later. I know, they are too cute!!

I started with a cut file. I painted it with textured paint, let it dry and cut it into several parts. Before adhering them down, I painted and splattered some watercolors on the background. I cut the picture round so it will match the circles of the cut file and placed it inside it. I decorated around the circles with enamel dots, buttons, dew drops, wooden stars and stickers. Here are the details;

娘と友達のワンちゃんの写真を使いました。犬を含め動物のアレルギーを持っている娘ですが、大好きなので後で鼻水が止まらなくり、目がかゆくなるとわかっていても、触ったりぎゅーっとハグしてしまいます。可愛いですもんね♡

まず、カットファイルにテクスチャペイントで着色し、乾いてからいくつかにカットしました。貼りつける前に、背景に水彩絵の具で着色。写真をカットファイルの円に合うように丸くカットし、円の中に配置しました。円の周りにエナメルドッツ、ボタン、デュードロップ、木の☆、ステッカーで飾りつけて完成！

Superhero (Scrap Our Stash DT Work)

 
 

Hi!! I'm excited to share my new layout for the Scrap Our Stash Golden Globe Stash Challenge! SING is the movie for this month, and don't forget to add BLING/RHINESTONES on your layout.

 

こんにちは！今日は、Scrap Our Stash　の新しいＤＴワークです。映画からもらったインスピレーションと、光るもの、またはラインストーンを使ってレイアウトを作ること！

 

 

For this layout I used 8 pictures. 8!! Can you believe that?! I've never put so many pictures in one 12 inch layout. I printed them small of course, pretty small. They are pictures of my daughter and my sister-in-law singing and dancing. They were practicing over and over again watching You Tube.

今回はなんと！8枚も写真を使いました。12インチで史上最高枚数！もちろん小さくプリントしました。Ｌ版に4枚プリントしたので、かなり小さいです。写真は、娘と義妹が二人で歌って踊っている写真を使いました。動画を見ながら、何度も練習して　笑。

I used this beautiful paper with a lot of small frames in it. I cut out some of them open so the pictures will fit in, and decorated the others with stickers, diecuts, fussy-cut items, brads, ribbons and rhinestones. Simple, but really fun! and happy!

たくさんのフレームのついたペーパーを使うことにしました。写真が入るようにいくつかカッターで切り抜き、残りのフレームはステッカーやダイカット、カットアウトしたものやブラッズ、リボン、そしてラインストーンで飾りつけ。シンプルだけど楽しく作れました！

 

I surrounded on of the pictures with pink rhinestones to make a focal point.

フォーカルポイントを作るために、一つのフレームの周りにはラインストーンを並べて。

HOLIDAY DELIGHTS (Let's Get Sketchy DT Work)

 
 

Hello again! I'm happy to share my new layout for the October Let's get Sketchy Challenge! Here is the lovely sketch:)

 

またまたこんにちは！今日は　Let's get Sketchy　の新しいスケッチで作ったレイアウトを紹介します♪　こちらがスケッチ。

 

To be honest, I made a mistake. I thought these were pictures of my daughter's birthday, and I didn't realize that it was a Christmas cake, not a birthday cake until I almost finished it!! LOL...Anyways, although it doesn't look like a Christmas layout, I still love how it turned out.

正直に言います…間違えました。娘の誕生日の写真だとばかり思ってのですが、バースデーケーキと思っていたもの、よく見たらクリスマスケーキ　笑。しかも、出来上がり直前にやっと気づいた私。なのでクリスマス感は全くありませんが、それでもハッピーな雰囲気に仕上がって気に入ってます♪

I cut out some kites from patterned paper, and adhered yellow twine on top of them for dimention. I bunched them together, and before I adhered them to the layout, I did some mixed media first. I pulled out my stencil and modeling paste to create patterns, and painted over the patterns with several colors of paint that match the colors of the kites.

パターンペーパーから凧をカットアウトし、黄色の紐を貼りつけて立体感をプラス。レイアウトに貼りつける前に背景を着色。ステンシルとモデぺを使ってパターンをつけ、上から凧に合う数色の絵の具で着色しました。

 

I tore strips of paper and layered them with a lace ribbon.

ペーパーを細くちぎり、レースのリボンを重ねて貼りつけ。

 

Love these alphas. Just the right color and size!!

タイトルに使ったステッカー、色も大きさもピッタリ！

 

I layered a blue lace and layered it underneath the cut out paper. I also added ribbon accents.

 

カットアウトしたペーパーにブルーのレースを重ね、リボンのアクセントを2か所に。

 

 

I finished the layout by adding stickers.

 

ステッカーを足して完成。

Love (CSI CASE FILE #263 DT Work)

 

Hello scrappy friends! Today's layout is a combination of CSI and Page Maps!
Here is the Case File and the Sketch! I used the color scheme and leaves, wood veneer, lace and distressing from the evidence, and the Sketch is awesome!

こんにちは！今日のレイアウトは　CSI　 と Page Maps　のコラボで作ったものです♪　私はチャレンジの色と葉っぱ、木のパーツ、レース、ディストレスを選びました。 スケッチもとても素敵！

 
 

 

I started with distressing the edges of patterned paper that I cut smaller than the background paper. Then I sprayed gold ink on the background. I cut out many leaves with my die cut machine, distressed the big leaves and painted the small leaves. I also added fabric leaves, lace paper and a ribbon.

まず、背景の12インチのペーパーより一回り小さくカットしたペーパーの周りをディストレスし、ゴールドのインクをスプレーしました。ダイカットマシンで葉っぱをたくさんカットし、大きいものはサンドペーパーを使ってディストレス、小さいものは絵の具で着色しました。布の葉っぱやレースペーパー、リボンも足しました。

 

I used 3 pictures and popped them up with foam.

写真は三枚、ポップアップしています。

 

I wrote a journal and hid it inside a little envelope. For the title and embellishments, I added wood veneer, a heart shaped clip and a sticker. I painted the wood venners with green and gold ink.

 

ジャーナルは、小さな封筒に隠しました。タイトルとエンベリに、木のパーツ、ハート型クリップ、ステッカーを使いました。木のパーツは、グリーンとゴールドのインクで着色しています。

 



 

I really enjoyed making this autumn page! The Challenge of CSI　are really fun because they have various clues and colors! This time we have a sketch from  Page Maps　to go with it so it doubles the fun!! Thank you so much for stopping by, and I hope you will join us!

HIT THE ROAD (White...with 1 DT Work)

Hi friends! I have a new layout to share, and I love how this turned out! Here is the new Challenge from White...with 1. This month the plus 1 color is Elephant Grey, and there is also a sketch to go with it.

こんにちは！今日のレイアウトは、White...with 1　のＤＴワークです。今月のプラス１カラーはエレファント・グレー。スケッチも使ってみて下さいね♪

 

I cut out a lot of gears with my die cut machine, and painted them with silver textured paste. Then I smudged some black paint over them to create a greyish color. While I let them dry,  I used a stencil and textured paste to create patterns on the background. I also splattered some paint over them. I layered vellum under the photo and placed it in the middle. I scattered the gears around the photo and also on the corners. For the title, I used grey alpha stickers. To add some more interest, I scattered some white sequins. It was a challenge because grey is a color that I never use, but I enjoyed stepping out of my comfort zone. That's what I love about challenges!! Here are some details;

まず、ダイカットマシンでギアをたくさんカットし、シルバーのテクスチャペイントを塗りました。グレーの色を出すために、上から黒い絵の具を少し馴染ませました。乾くのを待つ間、ステンシルとテクスチャペイントで背景に模様づけ。更に上から絵の具を飛ばしました。写真の下にはヴェラムを重ね、真ん中に配置。写真の周りにギアを散らし、上下コーナーにも貼りつけました。タイトルは、グレーのアルファベットステッカーを使いました。最後に白のスパンコールを散らして完成！グレーはほぼ使わないので、なかなかのチャレンジでしたが、仕上がりには満足！新しい発見もあり楽しかったです♪　だからチャレンジって好きです♡
