love (My Creative Scrapbook GDT Work)

Hi friends! I have some more projects I want to share, made with the My Creative Scrapbook Limited Edition kit. 

I couldn't stop fussy cutting the pretty butterflies from one of the patterned paper, and I wanted to make a layout using them mainly. Before I did anything, I lightly painted the background with light beige gray paste. It's pretty subtle, but I like the shiny effect when you tilt the layout. The paper I used for the background had subtle lines spreading radially, so I machine stitched over them and placed all the butterflies. I layered paper, diecuts, tabs and foam under the photo and adhered it in the center of the flying butterflies. I added some more diecuts and cut out flowers and prima flowers. パターンペーパーの蝶をチョキチョキしたら止まらなくなったので、今回はこれをメインに使って作成。まずは背景をベージュグレーのペーストで着色。あまりわからないですが、傾けると少しキラっとします。背景に使ったペーパーはうすい線が放射状に描いてあったので、上からミシンをかけて蝶を貼り付けました。写真にペーパー、ダイカット、タブ、フォームを重ねて中心に配置。さらにダイカットとカットアウトしたお花、プリマフラワーで飾り付けて完成！クローズアップです。

I love the soft colors and I think it maches perfectly with the photo!

やわらかい色合いがいい感じ！写真ともマッチしています♡

LIVE LOVE LAUGH (My Creative Scrapbook DT Work)

Happy Wednesday! This is another layout made with the My Creative Scrapbook  Limited Edition Kit. I struggled a bit with this one, but it turned out okay, I think! I was somehow attracted to some of the circles in the patterned paper, so I cut them out and decided to make a layout with a lot of circles. First I pulled out a white cardstock and randomly painted colorful circles with watercolors. Then I machine-stitched around them with matching thread. I cut the pictures in circles too, and placed them on the painted background. That's when I realized that the colors were too vivid, so I smudged some white acrylic paint with my fingers. Next, I decided to cut out the circles and adhere it to this light coral paper. It mached so nicely! After I adhered everything in place, I splattered white acrylic paint. Here are the close-ups;

おはようございます！今日も、My Creative Scrapbook  のLEキットで作ったレイアウトです。今回はちょっと苦戦しました…でも、結果オーライかな？パターンペーパーにあった〇からインスピレーションをもらって、作ることに♪ 白のカードストックに水彩絵の具でランダムに円を書いて、周りをミシン掛け。写真も丸くカットし、着色した背景に乗せてみると、うーん、ちょっと色が鮮やかすぎた！というわけで、白のアクリル絵の具を指でとんとんのせてやわらかい色にチェンジ！さらに、円をカットアウトして別のペーパに貼り付けるといい感じに。すべて配置し貼り付けてからアクリル絵の具を散らし、完成！クローズアップです♪

I love the texture of this layout!

beauty (My Creative Scrapbook DT Work)

Hi again! This is my third layout I made with the My Creative Scrapbook Limited Edition Kit. There are so many beautiful elements in this kit, I highly recommend you to get it it's awesome!

おはようございます！今日のレイアウトはMy Creative Scrapbook のLEキットで作った3つ目のレイアウトです。素敵が盛りだくさんつまったこのキット、おすすめです♪

I wanted to add some more colors on the background so I spread some gesso and watercolors that match the colors of the paper. I fussy cut a lot of butterflies and flowers from patterned paper and embellished around the pictures along with diecuts and stickers. I adhered only the centers of the butterflies and lifted their wind so they look like they're flying. I also added foam under the pictures and some of the diecuts to add dimention. Here are the close-ups;

背景にもう少し色を足したかったので、ジェッソと水彩絵の具を使って、ペーパーに合う色を着色しました。パターンペーパーから蝶やお花をたくさんカットアウトして、ダイカットやチップボードとともに写真の周りに飾り付けました。蝶は真ん中にだけ糊付けし、羽を持ち上げて飛んでる風に。写真と、いくつかのダイカットはポップアップして立体感を出しました。クローズアップです。

I love how colorful yet elegant this turned out!
