I love today's layout ! Usually, I use my daughter's picture, but today I decided to make a layout with a masquline touch. The picture was taken by my friend who loves airplanes. I changed the color a bit for a nostalgic feel. I love airplanes too, and traveling...I use to spend most of the money I earned for travelling when I was in my twenties. Those memories are unforgettable and precious. This is the sketch that I followed. The sketch from Stuck?! Sketches.

 

今日はお気に入りのレイアウト！いつも娘の写真を使って作品を作るのですが、今回は少し男っぽく？してみました。写真は、飛行機好きの友達が撮ったものです。懐かしい雰囲気にしたかったので、少し色を変えさせてもらいました。私も飛行機大好き！そして旅行大好き！！20代の頃は、働いたお金をほとんど旅行に使っていました。その頃の思い出は、とても貴重で忘れられない宝物です♡　Stuck?! Sketches　のスケッチを元にして作りました。

 

I teared scraps of paper and inked the edges for an aged look. Layering is my favorite, and this is no exception. I used many metal and wooden parts and tried to limit the colors that I use. It's been a while since I used blue paper for a background and I love how it turned out! Here are some close-ups:

 

ペーパーの端をやぶいてインクで汚し、古びた雰囲気にしました。何枚もペーパーを重ねるのが大好きなので、今回も♪　メタルや木のパーツをたくさん使い、色の数を抑えました。ブルーのペーパーを背景に使うのは久しぶり！新鮮で気に入ってます♡
