Today I'm sharing my layout for a challenge from Let's Get Sketchy .Here is the sketch.
今日は、Let's Get Sketchy のチャレンジに作ったレイアウトです。こちらがスケッチです。

I don't often use more than two pictures in one layout, so it took some time to decide which pictures I should choose. I settled down using these of my daughter eating her favorite sweets; cookies. I wanted to make this layout pink and girly, not my daughter's type but she's a girl after all :)
Here are some closeups;

普段は、一つのレイアウトに使う写真は1枚か2枚が多いのですが、今回は3枚。写真選びにまず悩みました。結局、大好物のクッキーを食べる娘の写真にしました。娘のキャラではありませんが、一応女子なので(笑)　思いっきりラブリーな感じにしてみました。

I spread some gesso in the middle for a soft background. For a girly look, I used flowers, pearls, tules, ribbons. (All the pretty stuff that girls normally love !!)  The tule flower is handmade and I like how it looks in the layout. I put some yellow tule under the pictures too, although it doesn't show much in this photo.

ふんわりとした雰囲気にするため、背景にジェッソを塗りました。たいていの女の子なら大好きな、お花、パール、チュール、リボンなどを使って可愛くしてみました。チュールのお花は初めて作ってみたのですが、このレイアウトに良く合ってて気に入っています♡　わかりにくいですが、写真の下にも黄色のチュールを挟んでいます。

The challenge is open until Feb.29th. So fun to play with different kind of sketches.
